Jason Lee

Partner

Jason is responsible for developing the business plan and overall execution including asset management, development execution, legal structuring, and investor reporting across all MSC transactions. Prior to co-founding Mile Square Capital, Jason served as Sr. Vice President, Asset Management at Citimark, where he was responsible for various aspects of portfolio projects. In that role, Jason assisted with pre-acquisition tasks such as due diligence and entitlements, advanced business plan execution through leasing and stabilization of projects, and was hands on with construction and development execution.

Prior to Citimark, he was a partner at Lewis Wagner, LLP, leading its transaction practice group in addition to serving as the firm’s Managing Partner from 2019-2021. He practiced law for over 15 years prior to joining Citimark in 2022.

Jason earned a Juris Doctorate from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from DePauw University.
