Mile Square Capital focuses on the acquisition of value-add or opportunistic single assets or portfolios in need of leasing, capital improvements, or complete redevelopment, and the ground up development of single assets or small portfolios. Mile Square primarily targets infill and last mile properties located within major metropolitan areas.
Investment Criteria
- Class A or B value-add and opportunistic acquisitions
- Ground up development
- Last-mile distribution, warehouse, logistics, and light manufacturing
- Infill locations, with high barriers to entry
- Single asset size between 75,000 SF and 350,000 SF, with the ability to multi-tenant
- Project size between $10M - $75M
- Joint ventures considered
